Some managers take free days in your home every year. We never occupy your condo for free. Our only interest is generating income for you.

No. Mike Z Rentals does not charge a commission. We partner with you and pay you 75% of the net rental income. We also give 5% back to Park Shore Resort.
There is an annual technology fee of $499. The linen program has a one-time upfront cost based on your bedrooms, bathrooms, maximum occupancy and bed configurations, plus $20 per reservation. Light bulbs, batteries, fridge filters and A/C filters are supplied by Mike Z at the owner’s expense.
Yes, with no limits, restrictions or fees. It’s your property. Block the dates you want and we’ll work to rent any open days on your calendar.
No. Our agreement has no end or expiration date, and you can terminate at any time.
We learn your goals, take you through our policies, inspect the condo against our minimum standards and agree pricing and terms. Once the agreements are signed, we schedule professional photography, install the guest Wi-Fi device and create a welcome guide for your home.
We do. Mike Z Rentals remits tourist tax payments to the state and county for your reservations.
